- executed full server recreation from compromised VPS to clean infrastructure with zero bulk transfers
- rebuilt codebase on the newest / most secure Laravel + Filament + Livewire, recreating resource files & fixing breaking changes
- implemented multi-layer security: SSH key-only + IP whitelist, UFW, fail2ban, hourly ClamAV scans, daily encrypted backups, etc.
- developed custom admin tools: CSV bulk import center, product replication system, real-time server stats, cache management, etc.
E-COMMERCE: incident response & forensic investigation

- investigated a previously undetected breach originating from an abandoned site installation with lateral movement to main Laravel app
- identified and removed webshells, backdoors, and a persistent code-injection mechanism surviving server migration
- implemented automated defense: hourly malware scans, ClamAV integration, auditd file monitoring, fail2ban, etc.
- produced detailed technical incident reports, rotated all credentials, advised on GDPR notification obligations
